Eco-tier applications now require Router 2.0

Change effective on 28 March 2025

All Eco-tier applications now require Router 2.0 as we continue to roll the new router out to all Common Runtime apps. All new and migrated apps that use Eco dynos use Router 2.0. If your existing Eco apps had the http-routing-2-dot-0 feature flag enabled as part of the beta, you can no longer disable it.

We begin migrating Basic-tier applications later in April, with other Common Runtime apps to follow.
